Terms and Conditions for Jumbo Mart (Kenya)

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales and services provided by Jumbo Mart, a computer and electronics retailer located in Kenya.
By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these terms.

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and subject to change without prior notice.
Payment must be made in full before order processing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Accepted payment methods: Cash, M-Pesa, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers.
For card payments, the name on the card must match the buyer’s identification.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (subject to stock availability).
Deliveries within Nairobi CBD are Free.
Delivery is available within Nairobi (delivery fees apply). Outside Nairobi, customers may arrange for courier services or preferred means of delivery at their own cost.
Delivery times are estimates only; Jumbo Mart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics.
Customers must inspect goods upon delivery and report any damages within 24 hours.

All products come with a manufacturer’s warranty unless stated otherwise.
Warranty claims must be accompanied by the original receipt and warranty card.

Unopened, unused items in original packaging may be returned within 48-Hours for a refund or exchange.
Defective products will be repaired, replaced, or refunded as per the manufacturer’s policy.
Non-returnable items: Software, opened accessories, and personalized/customized products.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
Refunds for mobile payments (M-Pesa) may incur a small transaction fee deduction.

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya.
Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation, mediation, or Kenyan courts.

Customer data (name, contact, payment details) is collected for transaction purposes only.
We do not share personal information with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Jumbo Mart reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website/social media.
